Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions issued by the larger Bench in CWP-PIL-74-2026 vide order dated 01.04.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 submits that the order dated 01.04.2026 has been complied with and a speaking order dated 29.04.2026 has been passed by respondent No.2.
