Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 27 dated 08.04.2026, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2) of BNS(Section 118(2) of BNS was added later on), registered at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur. 2.
