(ORAL) Present revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the petitioners-tenants being aggrieved by impugned order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Appellate Authority, Ambala whereby interim stay granted vide order dated 17.02.2025 was vacated on account of failure of petitioners-tenants to argue the matter on merits. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners-tenants has argued that he could not argue the case on account of personal difficulty as some problem had arisen at the house of his daughter.
