The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 03 dated 04.08.2022 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Cyber Crime Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, Haryana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
