This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS of 2023/482 of Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of impugned Order dated 08.12.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa in case bearing FIR No.56 dated 26.01.2022 under Section 15 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa (Haryana), whereby the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled, bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner, and all other subsequent/consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only on one occasion i.e. on 08.12.2025, when the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court, however, he has been continuously appearing on each and every POONAM NEGI 2026.0
