Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.131 dated 16.11.2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 3(5), 117(2) (added later on) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. Faced with the situation that PW-Dalip Singh/victim is yet to be examined as a prosecution witness, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the trial Court be directed to expedite the recording of testimony of the said witness Dalip Singh. 4. Ordered accordingly.
