The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-3462-2019. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 29.07.2025, affidavit of Er. Gurjot Kaur, Executive Engineer, Department of Water Supply and Sanitation, Division Mech., Patiala, dated 18.02.2026, along with statement, attached as Annexure R-1, has been filed.
