The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (Correspondent Section 438 Cr.P.C.) with a prayer to quash the order dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Court of learned Judge, Special Court, Moga, whereby the bail order of the petitioner was cancelled and the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner were ordered to be forfeited to the State and the petitioner was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest (in case FIR No.37 dated 04.05.2022 under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Mehna, District Moga. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the FIR in the present case was registered on 04.05.2022 and thereafter, he was ordered to be released on bail.
