The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 04.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-20544-2022, titled as ‘Jaswinder Kaur and others vs. State of Punjab and others’; whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a mandamus upon the respondent concerned, to take final decision in pursuance of the SOPs, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the said order. 2.
