SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J. (Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.74 dated 21.03.2026 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Police Station Balabhgarh Sadar, District Faridabad. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Chanderwati’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the above named complainant that on 09.03.2026, the marriage of her sons namely ‘Kuldeep’ and ‘Vivek’ were solemnized.
