In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 15.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2–Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribunal”), whereby the claim of the petitioner for grant of disability pension on account of the disability “Generalized Seizure” was rejected. The petitioner was medically boarded out from service even though his disability had been assessed as Nil. 2.
