As per the allegations, on 06.10.2025, the petitioner along with the co-accused Vishal Singh @ Shegi was apprehended on the basis of suspicion and recovery of 100 grams of heroin and drug money of Rs.1680/- was effected from the conscious possession of the present petitioner and co- accused.
