Pursuant to the last order dated 22.04.2026, learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 07.05.2026, which is retained on the case file along with enclosures as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, he submits that necessary order regarding petitioners’ promotion to the post of Senior Lecturer will be passed within four weeks. 3. In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order in case they are aggrieved by the same.
