AMIT RANA 2026.05.15 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgement/order CRR 1578 of 2008 2 sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay a fine of Rs.200/- each for the commission of offence under Section 325 read with Section 149 IPC. They were further sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of eight months and to pay a fine of Rs.100/- each for the commission of offence under Section 324 read with Section 149 of I.P.C. They were also sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of two months for the commission of offence under Section 323 read with Section 149 of IPC. The convicts were also sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of nine months for the commission of offence under Section 148 of IPC. 2. During the pendency of the present petition before this Court, petitioner No. 5 Ram Kumar has expired and, therefor, the petition qua him stood abated. 3.
