(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.55 dated 21.05.2025, registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar Rural, Punjab. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. He has, however, submitted that the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned Court within 07 working days from today, and in case, he does so and prefers plea for grant of regular bail, the same may be decided, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 days thereof. 3.
