(ORAL) Present civil revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by petitioner-defendant No.1 being aggrieved by impugned order dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kharar, whereby defence of petitioner- defendant No.1 was struck off. 2. That suit for partition of land situated at village Gharuan was preferred by respondent No.1-plaintiff. Respondent No.1-plaintiff had then filed an application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC, 1908 and amended plaint dated 11.12.2023.
