This is the first petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 15.04.2026 registered under Sections 305, 324(4), 329(3) and 331(4) of the BNS, 2023 (Section 61 of the BNS added later on), corresponding to Sections 380, 440, 447 and 456 IPC (Section 120-B IPC added later on), at Police Station Sector-14, Panchkula, Haryana. The petitioner has further prayed for issuance of any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 2. Briefly, the case of the prosecution is that a complaint bearing No.102 dated 14.04.2026 was moved by complainant Harbans Lal alleging that he was running shops No.27-28 on rent and after closing the shops at about 08:00 p
