(Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of FIR No.0087, dated 01.11.2024, under Sections 115(2)/118(1)/3(5) BNS (corresponding to Sections 323, 324, 34 of IPC), got registered at Police Station City Kurali, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1), and all the subsequent proceedings arising there from, on account of compromise dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) and 21.03.2026 (Annexure P- 3). 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR. 3. Vide order dated 28.04.2026, parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/Trial Court and report with regard to the HIMANSHU genuineness of the compromise was called for. 20
