(ORAL) Suit for possession filed by plain!ff – Meharban Singh (respondent herein) was decreed by the trial Court on 06.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) against as many as three defendants, including the present pe!!oner – Smt. Jasbir Kaur. She filed an appeal along with an applica!on to condone the delay of 666 days under Sec!on 5 of the Limita!on Act. Instead of disposing of the applica!on, the Appellate Court framed issues on 03.11.2025 and asked the pe!!oner to produce evidence. 2. On the other hand, the decree holder i.e. the respondents herein filed an execu!on pe!!on in which the warrants of possession were issued. That order was assailed by the pe!!oner in a separate appeal which is also pending before the same Presiding Judge. 3. The only prayer made in the present pe!!on is to direct the concerned Appellate Court to dispose of the main appeal; the applica!on for condona!on of delay and als
