(Oral) 1. Mr.Pritpal Singh Miglani, Advocate has filed his memo of appearance for the petitioner-Jassa Singh. It be scanned and be then placed at the appropriate place. 2. An FIR No.177 dated 30.05.1999 under sections 332, 353, 430, 379, 186, 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioner and his co- accused Tara Singh at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur. On completion of investigation, they were charge-sheeted and tried for the said offences. Through a judgment and order of conviction dated 28.03.2008, they were convicted for the charged offences and were punished for a maximum imprisonment of 03 to 06 months. All the sentences imposed on them were ordered to run concurrently. They filed an appeal against the said conviction/sentence but appeal of the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, F
