The brief facts of the case are that Manik Sharma and Yogesh Sharma were apprehended with 1020 tablets and 1080 tablets of Lomotil respectively. They disclosed the name of the petitioner as the supplier. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
