The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 for taking legal action on the application/representation dated 19.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) against respondents No. 5 to 7. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions received from ASI Satnam Singh, has submitted that on the basis of the aforementioned representation of the petitioner, an FIR has already been registered against respondents No. 5, 6 and one more person. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, submitted that offence under Section 109 of BNS, 2023 has not been invoked against the accused persons and even the version of the complaint filed by the petitioner has been in the FIR.
