The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus and for appointment of Warant Officer with a roving writ to search for detenue, namely Amandeep Kaur wife of Jaspal Singh from the illegal custody of re- spondents No. 5 to 7. 2.
