The present appeal has been filed by the appellant raising challenge to the Award dated 17.05.2022 passed by the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Gurdaspur, whereby the appellant has been awarded compensation for a sum of Rs.7,44,392/- along with 6% interest per annum. 2.
