(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for quashing of orders dated 09.09.2025 and 23.10.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana, in case bearing FIR No.178 dated 11.10.2019 registered under Sections 279, 304-A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana, whereby the application of the petitioner filed under Section 348 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for calling the witnesses has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that since the trial already stands concluded, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
