The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.06, dated 26.02.2026, under Sections 13(1)(A) read with 13(2) of PC Act, 1988 as amended by PC (Amendment) Act, 2018 and 61(2), 316, 336(2), 337, 338, 340(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Bathinda. 2. On 17.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that the petitioner while working as a Secretary, though required to get the fertilizer lifted from the premises of the society, however, got it supplied to 8 members of the society from the godown of commission agent/co-accused Ramesh Kumar, which he states is an irregularity and not illegality, particularly in wake of th
