It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 331 dated 18.12.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 18, 21, 25 and 29 of ‘the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985’ and Section 25(8) of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab. 2.
