In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to decide the application dated 26.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner for obtaining Government Grain Depot in Village Rajgarh (Ludhiana) in view of letter dated 29.09.2022 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the letter dated 29.09.2022, the petitioner had submitted all the relevant documents, however, no decision has been taken by the respondents in regard to grant of Government Grain Depot in Village Rajgarh (Ludhiana) till date. Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide the application dated 26.10.2022 (Annexure P-2)
