He is also seeking cancellation of birth certificate having ‘13.07.1991’ as date of birth of Komalpreet Kaur. 2. The petitioner filed complaint dated 07.01.2026 to respondent No.1-Director-cum-Chief Registrar, Births & Deaths, Punjab alleging forgery in the birth certificate of Komalpreet Kaur. Her date of birth is ‘13.07.1990’ but the same has been forged as ‘13.07.1991’. Respondent No.1 has not addressed his complaint till date. 3.
