By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.177 dated 21.09.2025, registered under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short - ‘ the NDPS Act’) (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar. 2. Briefly stated that there are specific allegations against the petitioner, namely, Jashandeep Singh, that he along with co-accused Vishal Singh alias Pappi indulged in the sale and drug-trafficking of heroin. A commercial quantity of 260 grams of heroin was recovered from the co-accused, and 32 grams of heroin was also allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
