Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of disclosure statement suffered by co- accused, who were allegedly caught red handed at the site keeping in their illegal possession 03 kgs 80 grams of Opium (‘Commercial Quantity’).
