Succinctly, the facts of the case are that on 17.10.2025 while on patrolling, the police party received secret information to the effect that Jasbir Singh @ Lalla (the petitioner), who was wanted in several criminal cases and allegedly had links with gangster Happy Jatt, had formed a gang on his direction and was hiding in a Dera located near the Government Dispensary.
