(ORAL) This is defendants’ appeal against the judgment and decree dated 19.03.2026 passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, SAS Nagar (Mohali), dismissing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 29.07.2025 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), SAS Nagar (Mohali), vide which the suit of the plaintiff was decreed. 2. For the sake of convenience and clarity, parties shall be referred to as per their original status. 3. Plaintiff (Nirmal Singh) filed a suit for possession by way of specific performance of the agreement to sell dated 27.07.2020 executed by defendant No.2 (Gian Chand) as a General Power of Attorney Holder (GPA) of defendant No.1 (Jasbir Kaur) in favour of the plaintiff in respect of land measuring 21 kanals 5-1/4 marlas i.e. 3/4th of the total land
