Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Jail Warder on the basis of parity with colleague Jarnail Singh No.2372 who was also co-accused in ‘farari’ case, who retired on 30.09.2023 and has been granted full retiral benefits. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 15.04.2025 (Annexure P-9), is totally cryptic and non-speaking as no reasons have been assigned therein while rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 3.
