The present petitions have been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.04, dated 06.01.2026, under Sections 304, 298, 126(2), 351(3), 115(2), 324(4), 190, 191(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. 2. On 20.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are stated to be armed with stick, however, not attributed any injury, thus, he alleged false implication. There is a delay of one day in lodging the FIR. They are not involved in any other case and ready & willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Manipal Singh Atwal, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.
