(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.05.2024 (Annexure P-12) passed by respondent No.1, order dated 27.07.2009 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Collector, Jhajjar and order dated 27.10.2008 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Assistant Collector 2™ Grade, Beri (Jhajjar). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the libert
