A supplementary charge-sheet was filed against 34 accused persons. Petitioner herein is shown as A-2 therein. He is aggrieved by order dated 27.04.2024 whereby learned Trial Court1 has taken cognizance of offences and summoned him and others. 2. Let me narrate factual matrix, in brief. 3. An FIR2 was registered on 20.06.2022. 4. It emanated from one complaint lodged by Mr. Vipin Kumar Shukla, Deputy General Manager, Union Bank of India. Such complaint was 1 Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-08, Rouse Avenue Court, New Delhi 2 RC No. 2242022A0001 5. It was alleged that pursuant to criminal conspiracy, the Consortium Banks were induce
