Present 2nd petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.31, dated 17.01.2024, under Sections 346, 302, 201, 365, 120-B of IPC (corresponding to sections 127(6), 103(1), 238, 140(3), 61(2) of BNS) [section 346 of IPC (coreresponding to section 127(6) of BNS was deleted later on], registered at Police Station Sector 8, District Faridabad. 2. It is noticed that first regular bail petition filed by the petitioner, was dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 13.10.2025 passed in CRM-M-38135-2025 (Annexure P-8).
