(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 17.12.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
