In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 04.03.2020 (Annexure P-1) as well as the notice dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-2), vide which the petitioner was discharged from duty w.e.f. 31.03.2023, on attaining the age of 58 years. 2. In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled to continue till the age of 58 years as there is no age of retirement in the rules. 3.
