The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 340 dated 08.12.2025 under Sections 308(2), 308(4) and 312(c) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Udyog Vihar, District Gurugram and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 18.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
