Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that though the appeal was filed against the Gram Panchayat, Dhani Bhojraj Sanchla, Tehsil and District Fatehabad, however, the respondents in the present writ petition are the Deputy Commissioner, Nuh (respondent No.2), Tehsildar, Village Silkokh, District Nuh (respondent No.3), Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Tehsil Tauru, District Nuh (respondent No.4) and Gram Panchayat Village Silkhoh, Tehsil Tauru, District Nuh (respondent No.5). 2. Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so. 3.
