Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.142 dated 20.07.2021 registered under Sections 323, 34, 427, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Sector 65, District Gurugram, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise deed dated 14.07.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. The present FIR was registered on the complaint of Amarjeet Chhikara.
