The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s case for regularization of his services as per policy. Further, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner on the post on which he is working from the date of initial appointment and from the date when he was eligible for regularization and the petitioner be granted all the consequential benefits fromthe date of appointment as a regular employee. 2.
