By virtue of order dated 14.04.2026, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions ASI Akshay Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
