This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (erst- while Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.13 dated 12.01.2026, under Section 21-B/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act, regis- tered at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Dabwali (Sirsa). 2. This Court, vide order dated 24.04.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 24.04.2026, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigati
