This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, for quashing of FIR No.23 dated 29.03.2023, under Sections 323/148/149/325 of IPC (Sections 115(2)/191(3)/190/117(2) of BNS 2023), registered at Police Station Balian Wali District Bathinda, on the basis of compromise dated 09.03.2026, Annexure P-3. 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 24.03.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 24.04.2026 has been received from learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Phul. A perusal of the said report reveals that statements of the concerned persons have been recorded in the present case, who have stated that the matter has PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.26 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
