(Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of FIR No.40, dated 07.03.2026, under Sections 333, 109, 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 452, 307, 506 and 34 of IPC) Sections 25 and 27 of Arms, Act, 1959 got registered at Police Station Rangar Nangal, Batala (Annexure P-1), and all the subsequent proceedings arising there from, on account of compromise dated 01.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) and quash all subsequent proceedings arising out the said FIR. 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR.
