The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 28.08.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-9252-2025, which is reproduced as under:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent No.4 has not been arrested in this case and no action has been taken. In response to the advance notice, learned State counsel submitted that after thorough investigation, the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed before the trial Court, and charges have already been framed, and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. Heard. Keeping in the view, the submissions made by the learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the legal remedy in accordance with law.” 2.
