Ltd. and another v. Jagmohan, filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, whereby the petitioner was held guilty for commission of aforementioned offence and was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/-; as well as against the judgment dated 22.03.2007, whereby the appeal of the petitioner had been dismissed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar.
